🚚 Tamam Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Tamam, we aim to deliver your items safely, quickly, and reliably. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your items will be delivered depending on the service you use.

 


🥗 1. Food & Grocery Delivery

Same-Day Delivery is available for most grocery orders placed before [cutoff time, e.g., 5 PM].

• Delivery time slots may vary depending on your location and availability.

• Orders are delivered within 1–3 hours from confirmation unless otherwise stated.

• You will receive a real-time tracking link via the Tamam app or SMS once your order is on the way.

 

📌 Note: In case of high demand or weather-related delays, delivery times may vary. We appreciate your patience. If we ever feel that there is an increased risk to our couriers, we reserve the right to either postpone or completely cancel the order or delivery at no cost to the customer. 

 


📦 2. E-Commerce Shipping

• Standard delivery time: 2–5 business days

• Express delivery (optional): 1–2 business days

• Delivery is made through Tamam’s own logistics team or trusted courier partners.

• Tracking numbers will be provided via your Tamam account or email once your item is dispatched.

 

Shipping Costs:

• Free shipping may be applied from the business. 

• Standard shipping: Will be worked out per KM on the web or mobile application.

• Express shipping: Fixed cost from some of our selected couriers. 

 


💊 3. Pharmacy Delivery

Same-day delivery available for in-stock items and valid prescriptions.

• Delivery is only available to customers within the delibvery zones. 

• Deliveries require an adult to be present to receive prescription items.

 

📌 Important: Tamam complies with all healthcare delivery regulations in England & Wales, and also Kurdistan. 

 


📮 4. Parcel Delivery (Courier Services)

On-demand pick-up and delivery within Tamam-supported regions.

• Choose between:

Standard (Same-Day)

Scheduled (Next Day or Future Date)

• You can track your parcel using your order number via the Tamam website or app.

 


📦 5. Delivery Attempts

• If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery:

• We will attempt one redelivery at no additional cost.

• If unsuccessful, your order may be returned or require collection from a pickup point.

Tamam currently delivers across:

• Kurdistan, Iraq and England
