At Tamam, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver excellent service across all our platforms, including food and grocery delivery, e-commerce, pharmacy, and parcel services. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.
π 1. General Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
• You did not receive your order
• You received the wrong item(s)
• Your item arrived damaged or unusable
• Your parcel delivery was not fulfilled as agreed
• A technical or billing error occurred during payment
Each refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair outcomes for all parties.
π₯ 2. Food & Grocery Orders
Due to the perishable nature of food items, returns are not accepted. However, you may be eligible for a refund or store credit if:
• Your delivery was significantly delayed
• Items arrived spoiled, damaged, or missing
• You were charged for items you did not receive
To request a refund, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
• Order number
• Photos (if applicable)
• Description of the issue
π¦ 3. E-Commerce Products
If you ordered a non-perishable product:
• You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or refund
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
π 4. Pharmacy Orders
For safety and regulatory reasons, pharmaceutical items cannot be returned or refunded, except where:
• The product is damaged or defective upon arrival
• You received the wrong prescription/order
Please report such issues within 24 hours of delivery.
π 5. Parcel & Courier Services
Refunds are available if:
• A parcel is not delivered within the promised time frame
• The parcel is lost or significantly damaged in transit
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the delivery deadline.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear
• In some cases, you may receive store credit instead, depending on the nature of the issue
