Due to the perishable nature of food items, returns are not accepted. However, you may be eligible for a refund or store credit if:

• Order number

• Photos (if applicable)

If you ordered a non-perishable product:

• You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or refund

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

For safety and regulatory reasons, pharmaceutical items cannot be returned or refunded, except where:

• The product is damaged or defective upon arrival

• You received the wrong prescription/order

Refunds are available if:

• A parcel is not delivered within the promised time frame
