β Tamam Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: January 2025
At Tamam, we understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible while ensuring smooth operations for our customers and partners.
π 1. Food & Grocery Orders
Due to the time-sensitive and perishable nature of grocery items:
• Orders can only be cancelled within 10 minutes of placing them.
• After this window, your order may already be in progress and cancellation is no longer guaranteed.
• If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
To request cancellation quickly, please use:
• Tamam App/Website: “Cancel Order” button (if available)
• Live Chat/Call: Contact our support team immediately
π¦ 2. E-Commerce Orders
For physical goods (non-perishable):
• You may cancel your order any time before it is marked as “Shipped”.
• If your order has already shipped, you will need to wait for it to arrive and then request a return (see Refund Policy).
Cancellations can be made via your Tamam account dashboard or by contacting customer support.
π 3. Pharmacy Orders
For safety and regulatory reasons:
• Prescriptions and medicines cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
• If you believe there was an error in your pharmacy order, contact us immediately for review.
π 4. Parcel & Courier Services
• You may cancel a parcel pickup or delivery up to 30 minutes before the scheduled collection time.
• Cancellations made after this time may result in a partial or no refund, depending on dispatch status.
